Service Description
The modern matwork experience – this class is set within a heated room of 28°C – 30°C to warm the body and encourage cardiovascular output, while building strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and supporting deep tissue release. Designed to enhance the body's own innate detox pathways through sweat, breath, circulation and lymph, flowing pilates-inspired movement is coupled with light weights to facilitate a thoughtful, holistic, low impact aerobic movement session. Please ensure you bring 2 x towels and a water bottle to each session.

We keep class numbers limited to ensure proper personal attention for each and every client. We maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy out of fairness for other clients eager to secure their place in class. We'll happily reschedule your booking outside of this timeframe.
