GROUNDWORK is a multidisciplinary, modern movement experience shaped by breath, biomechanics and nervous system regulation. Our approach is holistic, responsive, functional and intentional, designed to support the ever changing needs of the physical and energetic self.
Founded in 2022, our method combines traditional Pilates repertoire, therapeutic modalities and functional and evidence-based practices to best nurture mind, body and spirit.
Our Studio is devoted to providing a safe and supportive setting for you to meet and experience yourself through movement, mindfulness and community. We deliberately keep our classes small and intimate to ensure highly detailed, personalised guidance for each and every unique body in our care.
We're dedicated to supporting our clients in navigating the seasons of their lives with ease, efficiency, confidence and joy. Our emphasis on customisation allows us to cater to, support and honour specific goals, objectives and progress in a deeply individualised way, even within a small group setting.
Our classes run daily with a thoughtful offering that spans Matwork and Reformer group classes, as well as private tuition with traditional Pilates apparatus – Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel and a host of contemporary supports and small props.
