Service Description
A modern matwork session that couples weights and small props with layered, flowing, low impact aerobic movement to lengthen, tone and shift energy within the body for a cathartic, post-class endorphin rush. Please note the room is heated to 28°C— 30°C.
Cancellation Policy
We keep class numbers limited to ensure proper personal attention for each and every client. We maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy out of fairness for other clients eager to secure their place in class. We'll happily reschedule your booking outside of this timeframe.
