The epitome of an intelligent workout. In traditional Pilates, order is integral. It gives us a framework within which to explore balance — physically and energetically — while allowing movement to manifest freely and powerfully in all planes of motion. Over eight weeks we'll work through the original 34 matwork exercises in full, exactly as Joseph Pilates intended. The classical choreography — embodied as it was always meant to be. This is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your existing practice while honouring an undiluted expression of what Pilates really is. Joe had it right from the start.
